Our Research

We are committed to understanding how the Champions program impacts real-world outcomes for students. To do this, we collect and analyze anonymized self-reported data from participants at both the start and conclusion of each program.

Using validated clinical statistical methods, our team measures meaningful changes in student growth, resilience, and well-being.

Our research currently centers on three key studies exploring:

  1. Students’ ability to overcome personal and academic challenges

  2. The development of positive self-perception and confidence

  3. Long-term life outcomes and sustained personal growth

Through this data-driven approach, we aim to identify what truly works in helping students thrive—and to continually refine our programs for greater impact to create better Champions.

Anonymous Student Feedback

Before beginning the program, students complete a standardized pre-program survey designed to assess their self-perception, resilience, and overall mental and emotional well-being. The survey measures how confident students feel in their ability to overcome challenges, manage stress, and make positive decisions. This baseline data allows the organization to identify areas of need and tailor support strategies more effectively. Responses are kept confidential and serve as a foundation for tracking growth throughout the program.

At the conclusion of the program, students complete a post-program survey to evaluate changes in their confidence, coping skills, and mental health. This follow-up assessment measures growth in resilience, problem-solving, and emotional regulation compared to the pre-program results. The data provides valuable insight into program impact and helps refine future curriculum and delivery methods. All responses remain confidential, ensuring that feedback is used solely for continuous improvement and outcome reporting.
